Group Classes
In our group classes, each session begins with some quick vocal warm-ups. Afterwards, we work from scripts pulled from popular animated movies and TV shows they already know and love, as well as exclusive scripts from shows not yet on air, giving them a truly unique experience.
Classes are collaborative, creative, and genuinely a blast. Students take turns voicing different characters, working together to create the scenes. The environment is warm, supportive, and judgment-free, a place where students feel safe to be silly, take risks, and just have fun.
The Benefits:
Our classes use voice acting as a tool to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally all at once.
Academically, students build stronger reading and speaking skills, improved focus, and better listening skills.
Socially, they develop clearer communication, emotional intelligence, and learn to take turns and be present with others.
Emotionally, students gain greater self-confidence, learn to trust and express themselves, and build the resilience to cope with mistakes and move on.
The group setting adds another layer entirely, bringing out social and emotional growth in a really powerful way. And because voice acting is the tool, none of it feels like work. They are just having fun the whole time.
This is more than just voice acting. This is academic, social, and emotional growth all at once.
Academic, social & emotional growth that creates lasting change

You’ve got questions,

-
A typical class or private session includes warm-up exercises, and then we jump right into reading a variety of fun scripts. Sometimes we read scripts from popular animated movies or TV shows, and sometimes we read scripts from shows that aren’t on tv yet. We work on listening to each other, staying focused, communicating clearly, and most of all having a lot of fun. It doesn’t matter what level each student is at, we meet them where they are and help them to grow however they need to. It’s an extremely inclusive and supportive environment.
-
We work with kids as young as 5 and above. For 5 and 6-year-olds, we recommend private sessions. Group classes are available for students 7-17. We also offer private sessions or custom group classes for anyone 18 or over. If someone of any age wants to set up a custom class with their friends, we can do that as well. Contact us, and we can set it up.

Loved by Our Students. Trusted by Parents.
Seriously! But don’t take our word for it; here are some things people have to say.
"Michael Rivkin is an outstanding instructor… we cannot say enough wonderful things about him!! In every class, he is both professional and prepared, as well as an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher. Michael is very encouraging and engages with my student to get him excited about the lessons week to week! He makes my student feel very comfortable and unembarrassed to tackle something new!! — Sarah C., Parent
"My daughter's experience in Michael's voice-over class has been nothing short of incredible! He has a true gift for connecting with students and helping them find their unique voice, both literally and figuratively. His humor and easy going personality put her instantly at ease, creating a supportive environment where she feels free to take risks and try new things."— Eleanor S., Parent
"My son was nervous for his first class, as he'd never read a script before and didn't know what to expect. Michael was super kind, patient and flexible with him. By the end of the session my son was eager to read the lines, play the parts, and even started doing some different "voices"... He loved the class and will keep at it every week! Thanks, Michael, for inspiring him to be himself, try new things, and get goofy! "— Hannah O., Parent
